ZUMBA

Move and groove to some of your favorite music with ZUMBA on the lanai. No dance experience necessary, just a willingness to learn basic latin/international-inspired steps and have FUN

TAI CHI

Involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accomplished by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next. All levels welcome

SIT AND BE FIT

Build muscle, increase range of motion and work on balance and flexibility. This class is excellent for the senior population that is getting back to exercising again. Chairs are used.

BODY SCULPTING

This class will combine a variety of strength and toning exercises. Using exercise tubes and bands,  weights and sometimes balls and rollers . The focus will blend cardiovascular movement, core strength, toning of muscles and fun. All to energizing music.

AQUA FIT

A fun, invigorating class filled with exercises in the water. Heart rate increases while doing cardiovascular movements and strength exercises-all to fun music. All levels welcome.

YOGA

Basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. All levels welcome.

STRENGTH & CARDIO HITT

High intensity cardio and strength intervals. A challenging workout. For intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

CORE AND MORE

Focusing on core exercises, balance and stretching. Foam rollers  are used for rolling out tight muscles and connective tissue. All levels are welcome.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Tone and strengthen your muscles using plyometrics and various equipment. Ideal for cross training and heart pumping fun. A challenging workout.
